The TipApp Platform provides tipping someone anywhere and outside of an initial payment – for instance, the concierge, the street musician, hotel staff, valet, driver, etc. A hotel can leave a card with you that directs you to download TipApp, and then you can either type in the valet's username, search via email address, phone #, user ID or scan your phone over their QR (a type of bar code), and you can pay them that way. A tipper can use their phone camera over the QR code. The TipApp tipping screen then guides through the rest of the process. The App confirms the information including tip recipient, amount, and recorded feedback. Tipper has the option to remain anonymous. TipApp uses the multiple banking platform to process all tip payment transactions. TipApp provides a powerful and flexible tool kit for internet commerce. Our 3rd party banking partner allows us to collect and process tip payments for businesses and individuals using a simple App. All related data and analytics is immediately available to businesses providing timely management tools to improve the customer experience and overall operations based on the customer acknowledgements/ feedback/etc. of individual staff members and service appreciation.
